It comprises: entrance hall, living room, kitchen with dining area, covered porch, storage room, guest bathroom, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite, another bedroom. The house will be completed to the key, fully furnished at high degree of luxury and ready for you to move-in. Тhe swimming pool is optional. The price for a 5 x 11 meters fully equipped pool is 15 000 EUR.

 

Payment scheme:
- 2000 EUR (non-refundable) deposit;
- 40% (the deposit) upon signing of contract;
- 30% upon completion of roof (around 6 months after contract signing);
- Final 30% payable on notary transfer (around 12-14 months after contract signing).

 

The amount of the monthly maintenance fee is 1 EUR per m2 and includes: maintenance of the areas for general use round the buildings in the housing estate; swimming pool maintenance; planting and maintenance of the green areas; maintenance of the park lighting; gated entry; servicing of the infrastructure in the housing estate. This charge is to be paid in advance every three months.

 

Estimated completion date: 1 year after signing the preliminary contract
